VISTOERNOOI VAN 3 OKTOBER TOT NADER ORDER UITGESTELD

Kralendijk,- Coöperatieve Visserij Vereniging Piskabon maakt bekend dat het vistoernooi dat gepland stond voor 3 oktober 2026 tot nader order wordt uitgesteld wegens onvoorziene omstandigheden.

De vereniging moet dit besluit helaas nemen omdat de beoogde hoofdsponsor de subsidieaanvraag voor het project tot op heden niet heeft toegekend. De aanvraag werd al in februari van dit jaar ingediend.

Piskabon is tot het laatste moment hoopvol gebleven dat er tijdig een oplossing zou worden gevonden. Nu de noodzakelijke financiële toezegging uitblijft, ziet de vereniging zich echter genoodzaakt vandaag de voorbereidingen stop te zetten en het evenement uit te stellen.

De vereniging betreurt de situatie en begrijpt dat het uitstel teleurstellend is voor deelnemers, vrijwilligers, partners en belangstellenden. Zodra er meer duidelijkheid is en een nieuwe datum kan worden vastgesteld, zal Piskabon dit via haar officiële kanalen bekendmaken.

FISHING TOURNAMENT SCHEDULED FOR OCTOBER 3 POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Kralendijk,- The Piskabon Fishermen’s Cooperative announces that the fishing tournament scheduled for October 3, 2026, is being postponed until further notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

The association has regrettably been forced to make this decision because the intended main sponsor has not yet approved the grant application for the project. The application was submitted as early as February of this year.

Piskabon remained hopeful until the last moment that a solution would be found in time. However, as the necessary financial commitment has not materialized, the association finds itself compelled to halt preparations and postpone the event today.

The association regrets the situation and understands that the postponement is disappointing for participants, volunteers, partners, and interested parties. Piskabon will announce a new date via its official channels as soon as there is more clarity.
