ERKENNING VOOR TIEN BEZOEKERS ALS AMBASSADEURS VAN BONAIRE.

Kralendijk,- Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) heeft in de maand augustus aan tien bezoekers erkenning gegeven als ambassadeurs van Bonaire.

Het programma “Bonaire Ambassador Program”, dat in 2001 werd geïntroduceerd, is in haar 25 jarig bestaan zeer geliefd geworden bij onze gasten. In augustus werden tien bezoekers gehuldigd als ambassadeurs van Bonaire in de categorieën brons, zilver en goud.

In de bronzen categorie werd de heer John Fava uit de Verenigde Staten geëerd, die Bonaire al tien opeenvolgende jaren bezoekt. “Bonaire is een betoverend eiland, met haar duikplekken, haar vriendelijke mensen en vooral de plekken waar je prachtige zonsondergangen kunt bewonderen,” aldus de heer Fava.

In de categorie zilver werd erkenning gegeven aan Claude Tritz en Michelle Schanck uit Luxemburg, die Bonaire al 15 jaar bezoeken. Voor dit echtpaar is het motto “Once a visitor, always a friend” zeker van toepassing. Ze zijn enorm gecharmeerd van ons eiland, onder andere vanwege het warme welkom dat ze er elke keer weer krijgen en de vriendelijkheid van de inwoners van Bonaire.

Enrique Villar uit de Verenigde Staten werd gehuldigd voor zijn 16 jaar bezoek aan Bonaire. Hij vertelde: “Alles aan Bonaire vind ik geweldig!” Patricia O’Donnell werd eveneens geëerd voor de 17 jaar die zij Bonaire bezoekt.

Richard Blankfein, Lucille Kowisz, Rita Courtney werden samen met John en Melanie Ferrari uit de Verenigde Staten gehuldigd voor de respectievelijk 20, 24 en 25 jaar die zij Bonaire bezoeken.

RECOGNITION FOR TEN VISITORS AS BONAIRE AMBASSADORS

Kralendijk,- Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) recognized ten visitors as Bonaire Ambassadors during the month of August.

The “Bonaire Ambassador Program,” introduced in 2001, has become highly popular among our guests over its 25-year history. In August, ten visitors were honored as Bonaire Ambassadors in the bronze, silver, and gold categories.

In the bronze category, Mr. John Fava from the United States was honored; he has been visiting Bonaire for ten consecutive years. “Bonaire is an enchanting island, with its dive sites, friendly people, and above all the spots where you can admire beautiful sunsets,” said Mr. Fava.

In the silver category, recognition was given to Claude Tritz and Michelle Schanck from Luxembourg, who have been visiting Bonaire for 15 years. For this couple, the motto “Once a visitor, always a friend” certainly applies. They are deeply fond of our island, partly due to the warm welcome they receive every time and the friendliness of Bonaire’s residents.
