MHC BENOEMT INTERIM-BESTUURDER EN START ZOEKTOCHT NIEUWE DIRECTEUR BESTUURDER
Kralendijk – MHC staat voor een belangrijke volgende fase in de ontwikkeling van de organisatie na het vertrek van Kathelijne van den Boogert. Op korte termijn start de werving en selectie van een nieuwe directeur-bestuurder voor MHC. De keuze voor een nieuwe bestuurder is van groot belang voor de continuïteit en de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie en de zorgverlening.
Inmiddels is Anton van Mansum benoemd tot interim-bestuurder en zal hij medio oktober starten. Met zijn tijdelijke aanstelling ontstaat de ruimte om de werving van een nieuwe directeur-bestuurder met zorg in te richten, waarbij er ook aandacht is voor het gewenste profiel en de toekomstige opgaven van MHC. De tijdelijke aanstelling biedt daarnaast rust om het wervingsproces zorgvuldig te doorlopen zonder dat daarbij tijdsdruk ontstaat vanuit de dagelijkse bestuurlijke verantwoordelijkheid.
Anton van Mansum beschikt over zeer ruime bestuurlijke ervaring binnen de zorg, waaronder ook de geestelijke gezondheidszorg (GGZ). In zijn rol als interim-bestuurder zal hij zich richten op het waarborgen van de dagelijkse bestuurlijke continuïteit en het ondersteunen van de organisatie gedurende de overgangsperiode naar een nieuwe directeur-bestuurder.
