Kralendijk,- Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) heeft onlangs een educatieve sessie georganiseerd voor de kandidaten van Miss Universe Bonaire 2026, die bedoeld was om hun kennis van de toeristische sector, de culturele identiteit en de strategische visie van ons eiland te verdiepen.

De workshop, die plaatsvond op woensdag 27 mei 2026, bracht de drie kandidaten samen die strijden om de prestigieuze kroon: Carolina Porras (Miss Antriol), Katherine Montero (Miss Nort’i Saliña) en Vivienne Vollebregt (Miss Kralendijk).

Tijdens de bijeenkomst gaven de vertegenwoordigers van TCB Elesiër Angel en Annette Emerenciana de kandidaten waardevolle inzichten in de toeristische sector van Bonaire. In de presentatie werd aandacht besteed aan initiatieven op het gebied van duurzaam toerisme, inspanningen voor milieubehoud en de unieke culturele elementen die het eiland tot een bestemming van wereldklasse maken.

Als officiële houder van de Miss Universe-franchise voor Bonaire blijft TCB zich inzetten voor initiatieven die de nationale trots bevorderen en tegelijkertijd de toeristische sector van het eiland een impuls geven.

De weg naar de kroon vindt zijn hoogtepunt tijdens de langverwachte ‘Coronation Show’ op zaterdag 4 juli 2026 in Delfins Beach Resort, waar een van de drie finalisten zal worden gekozen om Bonaire te vertegenwoordigen tijdens de internationale Miss Universe-verkiezing.

TCB wenst alle drie de kandidaten veel succes bij de voorbereiding op de finale en prijst hun toewijding om Bonaire met trots, zelfvertrouwen en uitmuntendheid te vertegenwoordigen.

The workshop, held on Wednesday, May 27^th, 2026, brought together the three contestants vying for the prestigious crown: Carolina Porras (Miss Antriol), Katherine Montero (Miss Nort’i Saliña), and Vivienne Vollebregt (Miss Kralendijk).

During the gathering, TCB representatives Elesiër Angel and Annette Emerenciana provided the candidates with valuable insights into Bonaire’s tourism sector. The presentation highlighted sustainable tourism initiatives, environmental conservation efforts, and the distinct cultural elements that define the island as a world-class destination.
