TOURISM CORPORATION BONAIRE KONDIGT START CULTURELE MAAND APRIL AAN “OP WEG NAAR DIA DI RINCON”

Kralendijk,- Met trots kondigt Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) de start aan van de Culturele Maand van Bonaire met als thema “Op weg naar Dia di Rincon”.

Gedurende de hele maand april worden het rijke erfgoed, de tradities en de levendige gemeenschapszin van het eiland gevierd.

Ter gelegenheid van deze bijzondere periode heet TCB de hele maand alle aankomende internationale reizigers van harte welkom en biedt hen een authentieke eerste indruk van de cultuur en gastvrijheid van het eiland.

Bovendien worden bezoekers en inwoners elke zaterdag uitgenodigd om te genieten van live optredens met krioyo-muziek, begeleid door dansers in traditionele Bonairiaanse folkloristische klederdracht, die de sfeer van het eiland op een kleurrijke en betekenisvolle manier tot leven brengen.

Deze activiteiten maken deel uit van de bredere aanloop naar Dia di Rincon, een van de meest geliefde culturele vieringen op Bonaire, waar samenleving, muziek en erfgoed samenkomen in een krachtige uiting van identiteit.

“Dia di Rincon brengt onze cultuur tot leven op een manier die eerlijk en diep geworteld is in onze gemeenschap.
