EERSTE JAAR ENNIA NA HERSTRUCTURERING; POSITIEF

Willemstad,- het eerste jaar van ENNIA als nieuwe juridische entiteit onder dezelfde merknaam, is volgens de directie zeer positief verlopen. Sinds januari 2025 is de organisatie opnieuw ingericht in het kader van een ingrijpend herstructureringsproces, waarbij duidelijke hersteldoelstellingen zijn geformuleerd en gerealiseerd.

Volgens de directie is het eerste jaar van uitvoering bijzonder positief verlopen: de gestelde doelstellingen zijn ruimschoots behaald en de vooruitzichten voor de komende periode zijn uitermate gunstig.

Hoewel de definitieve financiële resultaten nog niet bekendgemaakt kunnen worden, deze dienen eerst te worden gecontroleerd en goedgekeurd door de accountant, verwacht ENNIA de positieve uitkomsten te kunnen presenteren in de jaarrekening die eind april 2026 wordt gepubliceerd.

Deze ontwikkelingen markeren een belangrijke mijlpaal binnen het omvangrijke herstructureringsproces dat toen in gang is gezet en eind 2024 is afgerond.

De onderneming heeft zich sindsdien gericht op het herstellen van vertrouwen, het vergroten van transparantie en het versterken van haar positie en relevantie in een snel veranderende markt.

‘Hoewel we ons ervan bewust zijn dat de cijfers nog voorlopig zijn, geven zij duidelijk aan dat we op de juiste koers zitten,’ aldus Lesley Ann Brodie, CEO van ENNIA. ‘Het doorvoeren van ingrijpende veranderingen is nooit eenvoudig, maar het is bemoedigend te zien dat onze gezamenlijke inspanningen hun eerste vruchten afwerpen.’

De directie benadrukt dat deze resultaten niet mogelijk zouden zijn geweest zonder het vertrouwen en de steun van klanten, partners, medewerkers, de overheid en andere stakeholders. ‘Wij zijn iedereen die ons in deze periode heeft gesteund bijzonder dankbaar. Dat vertrouwen vormt een belangrijke motivatie om verder te bouwen aan een duurzame en toekomstgerichte organisatie.’

Tegelijkertijd onderstreept ENNIA dat ze in ontwikkeling blijft en niet stilzit. De afgelopen jaren waren uitdagend en de markt blijft zich in hoog tempo ontwikkelen. Klanten stellen hogere eisen, verwachtingen veranderen continu en technologische ontwikkelingen hebben een steeds grotere impact op producten, dienstverlening en bedrijfsvoering.

‘We blijven waakzaam en realistisch,’ vervolgt Brodie. ‘Dit is geen moment om te verslappen. We zullen blijven investeren in onze medewerkers, innovatiekracht, klantrelaties en duurzame groei.’

De definitieve en gecontroleerde jaarrekening van ENNIA  zal, na goedkeuring door de Raad van Commissarissen, eind april 2026 worden gepubliceerd.

FIRST YEAR OF ENNIA AFTER RESTRUCTURING: POSITIVE OUTCOME

Willemstad,- the first year of ENNIA as a new legal entity under the same brand name, has, according to management, been very positive. Since January 2025, the organization has been reorganized as part of an extensive restructuring process, with clear recovery objectives that have been defined and achieved.

Management reports that the first year of implementation has been particularly successful.  The set objectives have been surpassed, and the outlook for the coming period is extremely favorable.

Although the final financial results cannot yet be published, as these must first be reviewed and approved by the auditor, ENNIA expects to present the positive outcomes in the annual report, which will be published at the end of April 2026.

In the extensive restructuring process that was started at the time and finished at the end of 2024, these occurrences represent a significant milestone. Since then, the company has focused on restoring confidence, increasing transparency, and strengthening its position and relevance in a rapidly changing market.

“While we are aware that the figures are still preliminary, they clearly indicate that we are on the right track,” says Lesley Ann Brodie, CEO of ENNIA. “Implementing significant changes is never easy, but it is encouraging to see that our collective efforts are beginning to bear fruit.”

Management emphasizes that these results would not have been possible without the trust and support of customers, partners, employees, the government, and other stakeholders. “We are particularly grateful to everyone who has supported us during this period.

The final audited annual report of ENNIA will be published at the end of April 2026, after approval by the Supervisory Board.
