CAREER LANCEERT VIDEOCLIP YAJRO “KABE’PABOU” TER PROMOTIE VAN DIA DI RINCON OP DONDERDAG 17 OM VIJFUUR OP YOU TUBE.

Kralendijk – Het Career-project blijft opkomende artiesten op Bonaire ondersteunen. Na de release van zijn Krioyo-nummer “Kabe’pabou”, brengt de artiest Yajro nu ook de officiële videoclip uit. Deze videoclip geeft een visuele dimensie aan het verhaal achter het lied en is bedoeld als bijdrage aan de promotie van de feestdag Dia di Rincon.

Yajro, afkomstig uit het buitenland een Curacaoenaar die 10 jaar in America heeft gestudeerd, vertelt in de video over zijn eerste ervaring met Dia di Rincon en hoe hij meteen een sterke band voelde met de sfeer en cultuur van Rincon.

De videoclip, geproduceerd door Engelhart Production, is eenvoudig maar krachtig, met beelden die typische elementen van het feest in beeld brengen. Yajro wil laten zien dat iedereen – waar je ook vandaan komt – zich verbonden kan voelen met de ziel van Rincon.

Van oorsprong een Urban-zanger, ging Yajro de uitdaging aan om een nummer te schrijven in het Krioyo-genre, samen met zijn mentor Xemio Jacobs. Na een intensieve training schreven ze samen “Kabe’pabou”, dat warm werd ontvangen door het Bonairiaanse publiek.

De videoclip is te bekijken via het YouTube-kanaal @CAREERBONAIRE, en is ook gedeeld via diverse sociale media en multimedia platformen.

Yajro spreekt zijn dank uit aan de ACE Foundation en Fonds voor Cultuurparticipatie, die hem de kans gaven om alle aspecten van het artiest-zijn te ontdekken.

Toen we vroegen wat we nog meer van hem kunnen verwachten, verklapte Yajro dat zijn tweede nummer én videoclip bijna klaar zijn – dit keer in een romantische Urban-stijl.

Kralendijk – The Career project continues to support emerging artists in Bonaire. After releasing his Krioyo-style song “Kabe’pabou”, artist Yajro is now launching the official music video. The visual aims to bring the song’s message to life and serves as a contribution to the promotion of the traditional celebration Dia di Rincon.

Yajro, originally from Curacao and studied for 10 years in the states, shares his personal story in the video about experiencing Dia di Rincon for the first time and how he immediately felt a deep connection with the culture and energy of Rincon.

The music video, produced by Engelhart Production, is simple yet powerful, highlighting key scenes and elements of the celebration. Yajro hopes to show that anyone regardless of where they come from—can connect with the soul of Rincon.

Originally an Urban singer, Yajro accepted the challenge—together with his mentor Xemio Jacobs to compose a new song in the Krioyo genre. After an intensive training period, he successfully created “Kabe’pabou”, which has been warmly embraced by the people of Bonaire.

The video is now available on YouTube via the @CAREERBONAIRE channel and has been shared across multiple social media and media platforms.

Yajro expresses his gratitude to the ACE Foundation and Fonds voor Cultuurparticipatie, who gave him the opportunity to experience all aspects of being a full-fledged artist.
