ETHURIEL NICOLAAS BRENGT PODIUMSUCCES VOOR BONAIRE BIJ MOD NORCAL SHOOTOUT

ANTIOCH, CALIFORNIË — 12-14 SEPTEMBER 2025

Delta RC Raceway zorgde opnieuw voor spannende actie tijdens de MOD NorCal Shootout, waar top RC-rijders van de hele westkust samenkwamen.

Onder hen was Ethuriel Nicolaas, die met trots RC Bonaire Raceway vertegenwoordigde. De coureur uit Bonaire maakte indruk in meerdere klasses, behaalde twee podiumplaatsen en liet zijn veelzijdigheid zien in zowel 1/8- als 1/5-schaal categorieën.

Sterke Resultaten in Verschillende Klasses

• 1/8 Buggy 40+ – 10e plaats, na een sterk deelnemersveld van ervaren rijders.
• 1/8 E-Buggy – 16e plaats, met waardevolle rondes en ervaring opgedaan op de veeleisende Delta RC lay-out.
• 1/5 Buggy – 4e plaats algemeen en 1e in Divisie II, goed voor een 🥇 podiumoverwinning en het bewijs van zijn snelheid in de large-scale klasse.
• 1/5 Rookie – 🥉 3e plaats op het podium, een sterke prestatie in een van de meest competitieve instapklassen van het evenement.
• 1/5 Truck – 12e plaats na stevige strijd, waarmee hij nog een solide resultaat toevoegde aan zijn raceweekend.
• Trots voor Bonaire
• De resultaten van Ethuriel onderstrepen niet alleen zijn rijkunsten, maar ook zijn vastberadenheid om te strijden tegen ervaren Californische coureurs. Zijn dubbele podium in de 1/5-klasses betekende een doorbraakmoment, waarmee hij Bonaire zichtbaarheid en erkenning gaf op Amerikaanse bodem.

Delta RC Raceway once again delivered thrilling action at the MOD NorCal Shootout, attracting top RC racers from across the west coast. Among them was Ethuriel Nicolaas, proudly representing RC Bonaire Raceway. The driver from Bonaire left his mark in multiple classes, earning two podium finishes and showcasing his versatility across both 1/8 and 1/5-scale categories.

Strong Results Across the Board

• 1/8 Buggy 40+ – Finished 10th after a tough field of experienced drivers.
• 1/8 E-Buggy – Placed 16th, gaining valuable laps and experience on the demanding Delta RC layout.
• 1/5 Buggy – Took 4th overall and 1st in Division II, earning a 🥇 podium victory and proving his speed in the large-scale class.
• 1/5 Rookie – Scored a 🥉 3rd place podium, a strong showing in one of the event’s most competitive entry-level classes.
